The engine that drives these is the New World Order's One World Globalist Socialist Government (Formerly the International Communist Conspiracy) run by that Elite you speak of, managed by a single person who will be the Biblical Anti-Christ. His name is Osamabama, Barracks Hussien and in the third year as Veep in Hillary's presidency, he will arrange for the Whore of Babylon's demise by a lone gunman representing his political enemies (Pat Robertson's ilk) and trump up a War int he MIddle East at which time he will broker a world acclaimed, 7 year peace treaty between the factions that he will break midway through.

Clinton invaded the Balkans and blasted the hell out of Serbia, Russia's historical enemy nstead of assisting the Serbs and Russiabns in destroying World Jihad in Chechnya and Kosovo for once and for all. My little brother pointed out something to me, today, I hadn't quite noticed.
